Towing without being overcharged
For breakdowns abroad call the ADAC emergency number +49 89 22 22 22 and let the centre arrange help. Do not let anyone work on or tow your car before the arrangement is confirmed by phone. Fake helpers dressed as ADAC occur mainly in Hungary, Poland, Serbia and Croatia. ADAC has no own roadside patrol abroad; partners may not use ADAC logos. If the call fails (jammers), lock the car, walk a few metres away and call from there.

- 请勿签署您不理解或无法阅读的声明。如双方对事故经过达成一致，可共同填写事故报告。
- 请尽快通知您的保险公司或救援服务，并保留所有单据和收据。
